Seasonal prices - minimum stay - additional costs included

All prices quoted are seasonal prices and apply per night for the apartment/room with up to 2 people. For additional people, see "Additional services" below.

The minimum stay for all prices quoted is four nights. Shorter periods, such as weekends, public holidays or single overnight stays, are only available on request or quote.

Additional costs included! These include the initial supply of bed linen and towels, the final cleaning and water and energy consumption.

WiFi - included

Car/bicycle parking space - included. Reservation not necessary!

Each additional person in the room/apartment: 25.00 EUR per night. 
- Applies also for children sleeping in parent’s bed or cot and/or for extra bed or sofa bed -

Light Breakfast in the Panorama Lounge: 7.50 EUR per person

Additional Cleaning of Room and Bathroom
Basic (including change of towels): 12.00 EUR
Full (including change of towels and bed linen): 20.00 EUR

Pets (on request): 8.00 EUR per night (Breakfast room excluded)

Tourist tax (for guests over 18) of 3.30 EUR per day is not included.

The total amount is to be paid on arrival at the latest, unless otherwise agreed. In addition to cash and EC-Cash, all common credit cards are accepted, and of course this can also be done via mobile phone. Cancellation of a confirmed booking is free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival. If cancelled at any later date, 50% of the total amount is due. This also applies to partial cancellations. Partial cancellations during the stay are not possible, and in the event of an early departure, the full amount remains due. / Free cancellation, temporary possible for an additional charge on request.

Recommendation: Travel cancellation insurance (e.g. Europäische Reiseversicherung AG)

Arrival: from 3 p.m. - you are welcome to park your car in the hotel car park beforehand.
You can leave your luggage at reception at any time.
Departure: until 11 a.m. - Departures after 11 a.m. to a maximum of 5 p.m. are only possible after consultation with reception. This extension will be charged at 50% of the overnight price.

Key collection: Detailed information on how to reach us and how to collect the keys will be provided with the reservation confirmation.

Self-catering: Apartments are self-catering apartments.

Non-smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the rooms/apartments.

Any costs incurred as a result, such as for additional cleaning, will be invoiced.

Cleaning: The apartments are to be left as found or swept clean. (Kitchen washing up is not part of the hotel's final cleaning.)
